GLP’s first project concerns the artist Johne Parsley. You’ll find an illustrated biography with family photos, a picture gallery of the artist’s paperweights showing his love for nature, early glass objets d’art, and drawings of the weights themselves. Additional glass-related programs under consideration and in progress include publishing an electronic memoir of the artists life and work, orchestrating museum acquisitions of his weights and compiling interviews from the other artists Parsley worked with and inspired.
